Hey there, I'm Erin, and I'm thrilled to have you here. As an Irish teenager navigating the wild world of blogging, I'm excited to share a glimpse into my life with you. So, grab a cuppa or a pint, whatever suits you, and let's dive in!
Who am I? Well, I'm just your average Irish teen with a passion for storytelling and a heart full of gratitude. I believe that sharing our stories brings us closer together, and I'm honored to have you join me on this journey.
Life hasn't always been a walk in the park for me. From financial struggles in the family to dealing with bullies and battling mental health issues, to grief and loss, I've faced my fair share of challenges. But through it all, I've learned valuable lessons and grown stronger, which has encouraged me to write a blog in the first place, to reach out to like-minded people who have experienced similar things.
I'm a firm believer in kindness, authenticity, and the power of connection. I strive to live my life with integrity, spreading love and positivity wherever I go. But see when I even think of my future, I get nervous. I used to hate change so much, it terrified me severely. Right now, every day, I am trying to do something to help future me, and yes, it is still scary, because I love my comfort zone.
When making friends as a child, I used to ask people what their hobbies were. Obviously, I did not say "what are your hobbies?" because I was a silly child and probably did not know what that meant. I would ask "what do you do for fun?" but in a less-than-intelligent way. I love reading; any time I can, I read. I am also an aspiring author; I love writing little short stories, novels, or my interpretation of movie endings. For instance, The Maze Runner; I rewrote an entire story to it, making Newt not die and adding in other characters. I am currently working on a children's novel to publish onto Amazon. These activities are meaningful to me because I feel like I can be myself. Once I start writing, it's like a domino effect; I do not stop, and I get idea after idea. It's the best way to clear your mind, I think.
Another thing about me, I re-watch the same shows. Criminal Minds, Gossip Girl, Vampire Diaries, and Gilmore Girls to name a few are the ones I re-watch endlessly. And I tend to let them change my personality, like each show is an alter ego to me. Currently, I am obsessed with the Bridgerton series on Netflix, and I really want the books. Who is your favorite character from Bridgerton if you watched or read the show/books? My favorite characters are: Eloise, Benedict, and Anthony thanks for asking. Favorite couple? Kathony all the way.
If you are wondering why I created the Wishlist, there are a few reasons why. When I write more blogs, I want you, my lovely readers, to get a feel of the stuff I would like to buy, and I will recommend items to purchase. If you enjoy my blogs in the future and wish to support me from my wishlist, that would be greatly appreciated. There is a variety of products in that wishlist, and some I am hoping to buy soon. I will write reviews on them on my blog. For example, as aforementioned, I am planning on buying a few dog things as me and my family have several dogs, and we live on a large farm now, so I will write about if the products are good. I may even insert photos of them, so if you love pets, look out for these blogs.
I am also the creator of the brand name "INFINITE DESIGNS." I literally just started this business. And I mainly use RedBubble at the moment; all the designs I use are my own. This is to help me fund my life and family and soon new niece/nephew due January 2025 :). I also love doing it; it's a great and fun/rewarding hobby of mine. I will open more sites, and in the next few weeks, my blogs will touch on money-making and side hustles as I am trying out a great few.
I am just getting started, so I will make mistakes along the way. My business, Infinite Designs, has only recently begun, and I am a beginner in this journey. Similarly, my Pinterest account is new. While I've been using Pinterest for years, I never posted anything until now. On my Pinterest account, I upload my designs from my store, some interesting items I've found at my father's workplace (he is self-employed and runs his own business), my blog posts, and other content.
Please keep in mind that I am not a professional yet, and my accounts are not quite where I want them to be at the moment. However, they will get there soon. Thank you for your understanding and support.
